Rastrapati Bhawan ( Shital Niwas ) Architect : Kumar Narsingh Rana, Kishor Narsingh Rana Kumar Narsingh Rana was the first Nepalese to qualify as a Civil Engineer. He completed his education from Thomason Civil Engineering Col l, Roorkee, India. Kumar Narsingh together with his architect brother had designed and supervised the construction of Singha Durbar in 1907.
